Loaded Baked Potato Soup Mix

Easy to make, just add hot water! 1/2 cup mix to 1 cup water Mix and simmer on low for 5 min Top with: a dollop of sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, chives and bacon bits Season with salt & pepper to taste. You can even stir in a little sour cream or cream cheese to make it creamier. Stir to smooth. Makes 4 to 8 bowls depending on bowl size.
