Let’s talk about online booking.
Because I promise… I’m not trying to make your life harder.
I’m actually trying to make it easier for both of us. 😅
If you’ve ever texted me asking,
“When’s your next opening?”
or
“Can you get me in sometime next week?”
I totally understand.
And if you have a question, need advice, or you’re not sure what service to book…
Text me.
But if you’re simply trying to make an appointment, online booking is almost always the fastest and easiest option.
First of all…
You get to see my schedule in real time.
No waiting for me to finish with a client.
No playing phone tag.
No waiting for me to text you back after I’m done foiling someone’s hair.
You can look whenever it’s convenient for you—whether that’s during your lunch break, at midnight, or while you’re sitting on the couch watching TV.
If you see a time that works…
Grab it.
Easy.
Another reason I love online booking?
You get to be in control.
You can scroll through available dates and times instead of asking,
“What do you have?”
Sometimes what I think works for you isn’t what actually works for your schedule.
Online booking lets you pick exactly what fits your calendar.
You can also see all of my services and pricing before you book.
That way there aren’t any surprises.
If you’re not sure what service you need, that’s when I want you to text me.
I’d much rather answer a quick question than have you accidentally book the wrong appointment.
Oh, and while we’re talking about online booking…
If you notice the prices look a little different than what you remember, you’re not imagining things. 😅
My updated pricing officially starts July 1st, and the prices you see online now are already the new prices.
I wanted to have everything updated ahead of time so you can see exactly what your service will cost before you book.
Now let’s talk about the credit card on file.
Because I know that’s something people sometimes hesitate about.
I’m not keeping your card on file so I can randomly charge it whenever I feel like it.
It’s there for one reason: my cancellation policy.
When you reserve an appointment, that time is yours.
I’m turning away other clients because I’m planning my day around you showing up.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, you’ll be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
And if you no-show your appointment… yes, your card will be charged.
Because here’s the reality…
You don’t go to work and expect not to get paid.
Neither do I.
Thankfully, the vast majority of my clients never have to worry about it.
Life happens, emergencies happen, and I completely understand that.
But having a card on file helps protect the time I’ve reserved specifically for you.
I also know some people prefer calling businesses.
And that’s completely okay.
But here’s the reality…
Most of the day, I’m with clients.
If I’m coloring hair, applying lashes, giving a facial, or in the middle of a haircut, I’m probably not answering the phone.
Not because I’m ignoring you.
Because the person sitting in my chair deserves my full attention.
So then we end up playing phone tag.
You call.
I call back.
You miss it.
You call again.
I have another client.
And before we know it, we’ve spent two days trying to schedule one appointment.
Online booking skips all of that.
Technology isn’t replacing customer service.
It’s actually giving us both more freedom.
You can book whenever it’s convenient for you.
And when I’m not tied up trying to coordinate schedules over text messages or voicemails, I have more time to focus on the clients who are actually sitting in my chair.
Everybody wins.
So here’s my recommendation…
If you have a question… text me.
If you don’t know what service to book… text me.
If you’re trying to decide between two appointments… text me.
I’m always happy to help.
But if you already know what you need…
Head to my online booking.
You can see my availability.
You can see my prices.
You can read the service descriptions.
You can book your appointment whenever it’s convenient for you—day or night.
And chances are, you’ll have your appointment booked before I even have a chance to text you back. 😅
Because if it’s something we talk about in the chair…
it probably needed to be said here too.
